Make hpc-config-apply able to discover its default configuration with secret service #114

hpc-config-apply utility should be able to discover its configuration through the secret service. This way, its configuration would not need to be deployed inside the diskless image and downloaded by the installer.

Implementing #73 could also provide a solution to avoid putting the configuration in the image.
