Problem encountered with hpc-config-apply

Hi there,

We are running through the Scibian 9 build and have encountered a problem with hpc-config-apply failing with error...

Error: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, Internal Error: Attempt to redefine loader named 'environment' at /etc/puppet/environments/production/manifests/cluster.pp:24:3 on node

This file is unchanged from that in the git repo. Using --keep it seems that the environment module exists in /etc/puppet/environments/production/modules_generic/.

Any help or hints would be appreciated!
