Add ability to override any conf parameter on command line args

It would be nice to add the ability to override basically any configuration parameter on the command line arguments, with possibility to override multiple configuration parameters also.

There is a syntax/convention to define in order to distinguish section/parameters names but that should not be a very hard hassle.
