Thank you for setting up these reusable workflows and the runners in the background.
I was wondering if you could provide a bit more documentation (or point me to some other resources) on the requirements to be able to use these runners.
I'm afraid that our self-hosted GitHub runners are for internal use by ECMWF and close collaborators only, as they use infrastructure maintained and paid for by ECMWF. We also do not envisage others using our reusable workflows outside of an ECMWF context - they were designed for our specific needs and not with general use in mind.

I heard e.g. that the runners can only be used in the main repositories and not the forks? I'm particularly asking about the test at https://github.com/observingClouds/dcmdb/actions/runs/10905073176 which is queued for more than 12 hours.
Cheers,
Hauke
