How to incorporate existing modules in a new website

I want to incorporate some existing modules in a new website that i have to create. Here is the link to these modules: https://github.com/nspan/ASEME . Is it possible to do that with the existing tools of emf.cloud?If yes, how?

your question is very broad. The Github repo contains emf models as well as eclipse plugins.
What exactly do you want to achieve? What do you want to show on the webpage?

What i want to show on the webpage are tools contained in these existing modules. I don't know how to use emf models in order to do this. I am propably gonna change my thesis because it seems to be so hard

Whether it is hard or not depends on the exact requirements you have.
I actually don't understand what you mean by 'tools contained in these existing modules', if you want to show the existing Views like defined eg here: https://github.com/nspan/ASEME/tree/master/ASEMEDashboardView this is not possible as the code is specific for Eclipse.
If you want to show the emf model (eg https://github.com/nspan/ASEME/tree/master/AIPdesigns ) in an application similar to what is shown in the coffee editor eg with a tree and a graph, this is doable.
But again you need to figure out what you want.
