Summary

Implement the following changes:

  • update the Dusk link (the whitepaper is obsolete)

  • update to quasi-turing-complete to turing-complete

  • update link to biannual report

  • check adherence to RFC[Cro69] format

  • add link to DIPS when mentioning submitted by anyone

  • check citations in general

  • update versioning with the actual versioning system we are going to adopt

  • remove version field from stake

  • check DAO as future work (is this still true?)
