Peertube is a federated video sharing system. Do they already have instructions for migrating?

I came across PeerTube moments ago and was doing some research about it. About migrating, it seems is not yet possible to fetch data from YouTube in terms of viewing history, likes and search history (which kind of make sense) but it seems it's possible to make synchronization and this will automatically import all videos from a remote channel (YouTube in this case) and add them into one of your PeerTube channels. It will only import the videos you uploaded in your YouTube channel.

Are synchronization something we should write about?
