Add other statistic groups to Summary statistics list

Describe the Enhancement

Comparing Aggregation and Summary statistics lists:
CTC, SL1L2, SAL1L2, VL1L2, VAL1L2, and GRAD in both lists.
PCT, NBRCNT, NBRCTC, SSAVR, ECNT, RPS, MCTC, and MODE-ratio in the aggregation list but not the summary list.

Ideally, those lists would be identical. If we can aggregate the partial sums/counts and then derive statistics, we should logically be able to derive statistics and then report their mean or median. They both rely on the same underlying derivation logic.
