Document whole APIs demo in the main apim-demo-infra reposi

In order to demonstrate all possible scenarios, we have two paths.
First one is by providing all scenarios auto provisioned as described in APis repo.
Alternatively, we must consider a step-by-step guide for those users that would like to recreate and test all scenarios step by step.

This issue is meant for this last statement.
