A test harness for messing around with ebay.

Configuration

Set these values in the environment.

EBAY_APP_ID
EBAY_DEV_ID
EBAY_CERT_ID
EBAY_RU_NAME - Redirect URL name, must be created on ebay and the generated code referenced here
EBAY_PAYPAL_EMAIL - seller paypal account
EBAY_URL - optional, override the ebay sandbox api endpoint
