Qt bugs and feature requests relevant to Drawpile:

QTBUG-60437 add full-featured Windows Ink support: generate QTabletEvents (implemented in Qt 5.12, needs testing.)
QTBUG-61707 hide automatic "show tab bar" view menu item on macOS
QTBUG-65844 macdeployqt produced .dmg on High Sierra not working on El Capitan
QTBUG-61092 QTabBar close button disappears on macOS
QTBUG-71778 performance regression on macOS (affects everything after Qt 5.9 up to 5.12.1, since last tried)
