Set up a Wiki that provides information on how to execute certain tasks. This will ensure the README.MD file isn't excessively long.

The idea would be to reduce the size of the README.MD files, achieving something more structured and easy to navigate. We would also like to see contributions on various aspects of testing applications that use protobuf in various contexts, from whitebox tests to blackbox tests.
