broken "references" links #107

I noticed that for some (all?) pages with a "References" section the links to the official electron page are broken.

Example:
https://github.com/doyensec/electronegativity/wiki/OPEN_EXTERNAL_JS_CHECK

broken link on that page:
https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/all#shellopenexternalurl-options-callback

Thanks! I believe the new reference is https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/api/shell#shellopenexternalurl-options.
For the fix it would be great to have a round of all wiki pages using the format https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/all#item and relink them.
