When I export a diagram, none of the metadata items like URL params are clickable in Firefox or Safari (on macos). I open the same file in Chrome and they work fine.

Hi @jaxley! Thank you for the issue. Currently non-chromium-based browsers are not supported.
It is a known one and it will be fixed in the next release :)
