[Swift Projection Tooling] Apply consistent coding style across the solution

In #2958 (comment) @kotlarmilos proposed to use https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/blob/main/docs/coding-guidelines/coding-style.md as coding style.

Currently some of the files follow this conventions and some do not. Open questions:

• Should we reformat the existing files?
• Should the generated code also abide to the same convention?
• Do want to have an editor config and automated code formatting in CI to ensure consistency?
