Can i use a .dll file using dll import in Windows, Android and IOS in MAUI app?

I'm new in MAUI and i've been working with a payment terminal, all the communication must be done using PCL service, my team provided to me with the corresponding dll files to establish bluetotth connection but i faced some challenges to inetegrate this dll files and test it on a android device.
