How do you prevent tools like burpsuite to monitor https traffic and stop it?

Hi everyone,
My apps are under constant penetration testing and all the testers use the Burp Suite etc.. to monitor traffic, lets assume that SSL pinning is bypassed , is there any other way we can stop tools like this to run?

Is there some form of proxy detection that we can add to both iOS and android to minimize the usage of these tools?

It makes me so frustrated that subject like security in mobile and net ecosystem get very very little help from Microsoft . Unless you pay thousands for a third party , you are on your own.
