soft-era is a cute, light theme. nobody implement it for emacs.
It website is done and looks like nobody maintains the project (soft-era).
lucky, vscode and vim repo's LICENSE is MIT.
So, request the theme.

I see what you like about it, I just personally think of doom-themes as a "best of" collection, so I'd hope that it meets basic not-causing-eye-strain / accessibility requirements.

At the end of the day, it's up to Henrik not me, but those are my thoughts 🙂.
