How to install version 2

Hi,
I'm quite new in github but I know about python.
How do I get/install the discordpy-self version 2 where we can use "component"?
I dont understand about rebase/what rebase is.
currently I'm using the 1.9.2 which doesnt support button-click.
Please advice.

Taken from readme.md :

To install the development version, do the following:

git clone https://github.com/dolfies/discord.py-self
cd discord.py-self
python3 -m pip install -U .[voice]
