Patch document looping feature and adding new PatchType for handling Table

Currently, the PatchType functionality in docx allows for dynamic content insertion using placeholders. I propose the incorporation of a looping feature that enables the application of PatchType to iterate through a list of data sets. This enhancement would empower users to create paragraphs or sections dynamically based on the provided data sets, making document generation more flexible and efficient.

To further expand the capabilities of docx, I suggest introducing a new PatchType specifically designed for tablerows. This feature would allow users to easily create table row data contents. Additionally, the ability to combine the looping feature with the Tablerow PatchType would enable the creation of dynamic tables based on lists of data.
