docker mongodb cluster, not creating given user in database

here is the docker file, after creating the docekr containe with command docker compose up
it's successfully runging the container, but I'm not able to connect with admin and pass to the mentioned database
in docker log I found that there we are missing user

Can you look at the admin collection from inside your MongoDB Container and does it have anything in it?

As I understand it, after some research, the issue is that Docker, when created with the given username and password, does not create a user for a specific database. So when we try to connect using a URI like mongodb://user:pass@localhost:27017/test, it doesn't work. Instead, we just need to connect with mongodb://user:pass@localhost:27017/ without specifying the database.
