Issue with Mikrotik [Netmiko login]

When using the Mikrotik handler from Netmiko, it is added at the end +cetw511h4098. These are commands that are processed on startup just right after the name. For example, instead of being sent just user as the username, it issues user+cetw511h4098. These extra characters are commands to setup correctly the commands interface (no colors, max width, etc).

Currently, Mikrotik is not supported in FakeNOS.
