The following paper describing DTS (draft 1) is now out:

Bridget Almas, Hugh Cayless, Thibault Clérice, Vincent Jolivet, Pietro Maria Liuzzo, Jonathan Robie, Matteo Romanello and Ian Scott, “Distributed Text Services (DTS): A Community-Built API to Publish and Consume Text Collections as Linked Data”, Journal of the Text Encoding Initiative [Online], Rolling Issue, Online since 13 January 2023. URL: http://journals.openedition.org/jtei/4352; DOI: https://doi.org/10.4000/jtei.4352

I think it’d be wort to add it to the DTS website, but not sure where it's best: perhaps in the landing page (in the What is DTS? Section), or maybe in the FAQ section itself?
