Want to cancel credential - revoke it from the Admin Dashboard, even before user collects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I click on option to revoke credential that has been sent but not claimed, it does not revoke

Describe the solution you'd like
When I click on option to revoke credential that has been sent but not claimed, I expect to be revoked even if:

• email not opened
• cred not collected
• cred not added to wallet

Another option:

• for creds that have been sent BUT NOT claimed, they should canceled
• stop/invalidate credential vs revoke option
• revocation API

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Currently, user needs to accept/verify/collect cred in order to revoke - not ideal?

Additional context

Use cases:

• bulk revocation: if many creds issued at once and error found, want to revoke all
• via csv
