Hello,

I've not come across this before has anyone got any suggestions? I only have access to Windows 11 to test.- nothing happens when the user clicks 'Export.':

I am currently working with DROID version 6.5.0. on Windows 11. I have installed the version for all platforms and have also installed java version 1.8.0_391. Everything works fine, but it is not possible to export the reports to PDF. Whenever I click the "Export..." button, nothing happens. I don't even have the possibility to select the desired data type, nothing happens.
Could this malfunction be related to the fact that I am using Windows 11?

Hello,

  • As you are using Windows OS, could you please try using the Droid version that comes with a bundled JRE (Java 11)
  • Is it possible to send the logs to us by attaching to this issue? (under .droid6/logs folder)
  • If there is no specific constraint which forces you to use 6.5.0, you could use 6.7.0 which has the ability to open the logs location from within the droid application

How does the user access log files from within DROID 6.7- can't see?

Click on the Help->About menu
The "About Droid" dialog shows the log location with a button next to it to browse that location in windows explorer

Hi @kathaurielle
Did you hear anything from the user about this? If the user can be invited to write comments on this issue, we could take a look

I'm having this same issue after updating to Windows 11. I updated to the latest version (6.7.0), and I tried deleting the .droid6 folder as suggested on the download page, but the export button for reports just doesn't work. Any thoughts?
