Moving a node disrupts resizing the graph #35

When a node is moved on the graph, resizing the page no longer resizes/recenters the graph. This appears like it might be a combination of a frontend and backend bug.

It's a frontend bug. @ifeife123 identified this in #32 and implemented a solution, but let's hold off on fixing this until we actually decide what the expected behavior of dragged nodes should be.
