d2-i18n dual package hazard

If you are using v1.1.0 of @dhis2/d2-i18n you might run into some funky i18n issues where SOME (but not all) translations load. This is due to the "dual package hazard" (node docs) which is caused when both the cjs and es versions of the module are loaded. This happens particularly with older d2-ui packages which only support cjs, and is only an issue in the latest @dhis2/d2-i18n (1.1.0) which introduced a parallel es build of the library.

To work around this, you can downgrade @dhis2/d2-i18n to <1.1.0. If you run into this, please comment here so that we know how widespread this might be
