Map ski areas to wikidata

Wikidata might contain additional identifiers and information about ski areas. It would also allow us to link out to wikipedia pages for ski areas.

A first step here would be to extract the wikidata key for OpenStreetMap ski area elements and see how often it is set. If we do a semi-automated mapping, we could contribute the mappings back to OpenStreetMap such that they are serialized in the Wikidata key.
