Feature Request: Docker compose for entire system

It would be nice to have a simple docker-compose setup that would startup the entire matchminer environment (engine, api, ui , mongo, elastic search (with kibana is possible).

Hello. Thanks for the comment. This is a good suggestion. I will try and find some time to put together the docker-compose and pull the together the different configs which are needed to make the environment run.

Out of curiosity, are you trying to setup an instance for a hospital or cancer care center?

Hi Ethan, we are not doing this for a clinical site. Instead, we are performing an evaluation of mapping mCODE into the matchminer architecture.
