Return to Main Menu does not return in all cases

When Show Speaker is called from the larger menu, it works fine (return to main menu).

However, if you do devopsdays-cli show speaker you will get a choice of "return to main menu". This should instead be "quit".

This definitely doesn't work properly in Show Talk

This actually no longer returns to the main menu at all; it keeps looping. I will rename this issue properly now.
