feat: update OG title to included portion of query

Currently links for searches that are shared in social media might look like this:

Even though the link is preserved, this still goes to the underlying search results page, the description is standard.
It is currently drawing only from the root title and description.

We can instead update the title with a portion of the query, like this:

And we can trim long queries:
