Tests coverage reporting #9

After unit tests (#7) and end-2-end tests (#8) are implemented, it is good to have some tests coverage reporting. We could get input like lcov data format and send it to a service like coveralls.io to report our code coverage there and also integrate it with a Continuous Integration service like Codeship or Travis CI.
