        lot of free time stuck indoors. Avoid cabin fever and join participants
        from around the world by participating in CODEVID-19: the world's first
        global pandemic hackathon.

      <h2>Rules</h2>
      <p>
        The CODEVID-19 Hackathon is comprises of weekly and final prizes. Weekly
        prizes are awarded until the week of April 30th: that's when
        participants can submit their projects for final prize consideration.
      </p>

      <p>Projects compete in <b>four problem areas</b>:</p>

      <ol>
        <li><strong>Supporting Crisis Response</strong></li>
        <li><strong>Understanding the Pandemic</strong></li>
        <li><strong>Social Distancing & Isolation</strong></li>
        <li><strong>Scarcity & the Economy</strong></li>
      </ol>

      <p>
        Each project is evaluated on effectiveness, accessibility, and impact.
        Judges will award Winner and Runner-Up prizes in each problem area.
        Final prizes are awarded shortly after the judging period concludes.
        Finally, there is also a single Popular Choice prize.
