Hey Team I have a question about ENV variables.

We have a variable in the sandbox ENV used for mocking a call. In order to try to investigate something I wanted to turn that from true to false today. However when I do that the value does not change as I check in the rails console. I was curious as to, roughly, how much of a delay is in that process (I assume there is some delay I waited about 40 minutes to check back on it).

I'm really just looking for insight into how that process usually goes, no rush at all, just want to know when I can check back on it to run a test really.
