numpy deprecated error

Description of the bug

During a normal run, I get a numpy 1.20 deprecation error where 'np.float' or 'np.bool' for example isn't accepted and needs to be 'float'.

I can update numpy on the host machine, but wanted to update it on the singularity image - have the latest version of viroprofiler, nextflow, singularity etc. Can this be placed in the new release or can I do it myself via the downloaded image? Thanks.
