Kind of want a black, grey, granite, etc color scheme

The theming story for ui5 web components doesn't seem very good right now: SAP/ui5-webcomponents#5113

Once Adobe Spectrum Web Components has sp-table implemented, I think we should switch everything over to those components and then implement theming: adobe/spectrum-web-components#290

I think I generally like the look and feel of the Adobe Spectrum components better, though not sure yet. Once we have sp-table I think it should be feature-compatible with everything we have done so far with the multisig vault.

The main problem we need to solve moving forward is theming...we need to be able to customize any components we use, and we need to be able to create our own components that use the same themes. ui5 theming just seems sub-par right now.
