JupyterHub URL Issue

Hey,
I tried to run the stack from scratch with the documentation at opendreamkit.org and with this repository.
The applications are starting with no specific error, but I can't reach the JupyterHub UI.

I always get "JupyterHub is now running at http://:8000"

So a hostname/IP is missing there and this is I guess why I can't reach the UI.
Any ideas?

No idea. I haven't been maintaining this repo for 3 years, I wouldn't be surprised if some dependencies broke in the meantime.
Jupyter has evolved a lot since then. I'd recommend to look for a more modern setup.
