In order to automate and improve the current process of adding a video to the library...
The site should automatically check video sources (YouTube and CSpan) for new videos and mark them as unprocessed.
All unprocessed videos should be listed in a staging area called the "inbox" for processing.
Once in the inbox, an admin with sufficient privileges should be able to accept or reject each video for inclusion in the library.
If rejected, the video source should be flagged as having been processed.
If accepted, the video source should be extracted, and a new video should be auto-created with attributes inherited from source. The admin should be able to override/edit these auto-populated values before being redirected to the video show page.
