단순하게 Script로만 막아서 입력을 강제로 많이 하거나 개발자 모드로 들어가서 할 경우 한글로 프로젝트가 생성됨.

Url에 한글이 들어간다고 특별히 문제가 생기지는 않지만 의도와 다르게 작동 할 수 있으니 backEnd에서 예외 처리 필요
