mirror some icons for RTL locales

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. enable "use kde style for gtk application" from gtk-qt-engine with
oxygen and kde 4.2.1
2. run some gtk apps in Arabic locale for example LC_ALL=ar_JO.UTF-8 gtk-demo
3. notice the icons

GTK_STOCK_GOTO_FIRST
GTK_STOCK_GOTO_LAST

GTK_STOCK_GO_FORWARD
GTK_STOCK_GO_BACK

and some other icons which should be mirrored

Which Qt style are you using?
gtk-qt-engine-1.1-4.fc10.i386
