MAnorm enhancements needed

1.Need sample names in the output (currently sample1/2)
Manorm can use this via :
https://manorm.readthedocs.io/en/v1.1.4/tutorial.html#manorm-output
--name1 | Name of sample1. (experiment condition, cell-type etc.)
--name2 | Name of sample2.
2. Browser is not working.
3. There seems to be MANorm2 https://github.com/tushiqi/MAnorm2
It supposedly allows replicates
Not sure if it is working It has not been published
