Environment

  • Release number or git hash: v15.1.0
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Deployed / Local: Local

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open a bar plot
  2. Group by any categorical column
  3. Change display mode from Absolute to Normalized
  4. Clear the group column

Observed Behavior

The bars assume the length of absolute display type whereas the scale is still normalized. Also the values within the tooltips are incorrect

Expected Behavior

When no grouping is selected, the display type should be Absolute by default
