创建写到hive的同步任务的时候，datax 的sink 是可以更改模版的，但是DDL并没有，实际上hive的DDL自定义是很重要的，例如，文件类型压缩方式都需要一些个性化配置。

需要增加Hive DDL 脚本自动的扩展点实现
