I got this response from CRAN:

Thanks, we see:

The Description field should not start with the package name,
'This package' or similar.

License components with restrictions and base license permitting such:
MIT + file LICENSE
File 'LICENSE':
MIT License

 Copyright (c) 2019 Data Science Campus

 Permission is ...

Please only ship the CRAN template for the MIT license.

Please fix and resubmit.
