Why don't contributions from lobbyists show up "on both sides"?
What's up with the "On behalf of" attribute for Lobbyist Transactions? In the case of contributions (as opposed to expenditures) it seems like it displays the value for the recipient, and the "Recipient" column is always null.
Example: Daniel Najjar has contributions that are shown as "on behalf of" Brian Egolf in September 2017 that have no "Recipient" value. In the corresponding report, however, you can clearly see those contributions coming from his law firm.
