Finishing adding questions to exercise solutions

As part of the move to quarto we need to finishing adding the questions from this repo to the solutions qmd documents in https://github.com/weecology/dcsem-solutions/. This has generally been done up through Making Choices (but these should be checked). Still needs to be done for Repeating Things 1 & 2 and all optional material.
