The knora-api should be able to run with an embedded version of GraphDB: http://graphdb.ontotext.com/documentation/free/devhub/embeddedgraphdb.html

This would allow:

  • running the client-code generator as a tool from the command line (needed-by (Re-)move client API route #1469)
  • running unit tests (tests only depending on GraphdB) without the need of the whole stack
  • running a simpler knora-stack for local GUI development, import, etc.
