Describe plugins, particularly Generic plugin #41

The "add plugin" dialog should show for each plugin its short description and a link to a longer description.

Particularly, in generic plugin description it should be said, from which address calls by this plugin are made:

Is this the DAO address? the plugin address? (I want to know the answers, please comment below)
