Some agent tools work, some don't

Hi everyone,

in my deployent of librechat, I've noticed that some tools we use work fine (Google Search),

while others, like Tavily and Traversaal, seem to have issues (It seems there was an issue with the web search. However, I can provide you with a brief explanation of what a server is...).

(TRAVERSAAL_API_KEY and TAVILY_API_KEY are configured correctly).

The only log I have is
2025-01-23T15:44:38.580Z error: [api/server/controllers/agents/client.js #chatCompletion] Tool Error fetch failed

I'm wondering if anyone could shed some light on why these problems are occurring .

It seems like a networking issue on your end. Are there any networking restrictions on your server?
