Add ability for Azure AI Search plugin to support semantic search capability in addition to simple and full.
This seems to be a very small change, as query just needs to be modified to include semantic model configuration parameter and pass through. I have mocked this and have it working locally with just changes to the libreChat > API > app > clients > tools > AzureAISearch.js
